Refund Initiation : You can either call our Sales Support Number +91 9168686422 or Email Us at  within 7 days from date of activation of service. The details of the refund (Store ID, Transaction No and Reason for Refund) should be shared with the Sales Support by email.

All services sold on Malbecho are 100% owned by, We understand how much you value your subscription.

We are committed to making your web experience a delightful one.

After the initial store creation 2 demos will be given to get the customer feedback. If the customer is  further  interested then the subscription plan will be activated with his/her prior approval.

Cancellation Policy

An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your subscription before  the service has been activated for you that is within 48 hours from the time of subscription. Your entire  subscirption amount will be refunded.

Your refund will be initiated by us within 24 working hours of receiving the refund request and authorization of  the refund.

Your refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for making subscription, between 2-4 working days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).

For any customer who takes subscription plans for 6 months to 1 year period  they can discontinue the subscription only after 2 months period has elapsed.Remaining subscription amount will be refunded back to the customer as per our Refund policy.

Mode of Refund

For cancelled subscription, the refund amount will be credited back into the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) that was used to make the subscription in Malbecho site, In case of Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.
